We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented On-Call Supervisor to provide after-hours support for our caregivers and clients. This position plays a critical role in ensuring continuity of care and quick response to staffing or client needs during evenings and weekends.
About the Role
Jacksonville, FL/Orange Park Area | Part-Time (Evenings/Weekends)
The On-Call Supervisor manages incoming calls and provides staffing coordination outside of
regular business hours. You’ll help ensure that our clients receive uninterrupted care and that
urgent matters are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calls from clients and caregivers after hours.
• Resolve last-minute scheduling or coverage needs.
• Document all communications and report updates to the office team.
• Remain professional, calm, and compassionate in urgent situations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in care coordination or scheduling preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
