At Beyond Your Care, we value client satisfaction and transparency. Our refund policy is as follows:
Deposits

All deposits made to secure services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the signed service agreement.
Prepaid Services

Refunds for prepaid services may be issued if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.

Requests made less than 7 days before the service date may be subject to a partial refund or credit, based on management review.
Completed Services

No refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed or provided in full.
Special Circumstances

Refunds due to verified emergencies, hospitalization, or company-related cancellations will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used.
