Refund Policy

At Beyond Your Care, we value client satisfaction and transparency. Our refund policy is as follows:

Deposits

  • All deposits made to secure services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the signed service agreement.

Prepaid Services

  • Refunds for prepaid services may be issued if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.

  • Requests made less than 7 days before the service date may be subject to a partial refund or credit, based on management review.

Completed Services

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed or provided in full.

Special Circumstances

  • Refunds due to verified emergencies, hospitalization, or company-related cancellations will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used.
