We’re seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee and support our caregiving team in the field. At Beyond Your Care, this role is key to ensuring quality care, client satisfaction, and smooth coordination between our caregivers and administrative team.
About the Role
Jacksonville / Surrounding Areas | Full-Time
As a Field Supervisor, you’ll monitor caregiver performance, conduct home visits, and support
the quality of care provided to our clients. You’ll also provide coaching, feedback, and training
to field staff to ensure excellence in every home we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct home visits to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Supervise caregivers and provide mentorship and evaluations.
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and emergency needs.
• Communicate updates to management and maintain detailed field reports.
What We’re Looking For:
• CNA, LPN, or supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable.
