About the Role

As a Care Support Specialist, you’ll provide personal care, companionship, and support that
help clients maintain independence and quality of life. You’ll work closely with our office team
and field supervisors to ensure each client receives the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care, companionship, and household assistance.
• Follow individualized care plans to meet client needs.
• Document visits and report any changes in condition promptly.
• Communicate with clients, families, and supervisors professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
• CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Dependable transportation and flexible availability.
