​As our Office Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office—helping with daily administrative tasks, supporting our caregivers and clients, and keeping things organized behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with our office team to ensure everything runs efficiently, with a strong focus on professionalism, care, and confidentiality.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist visitors, caregivers, and clients with warmth and professionalism

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate and confidential client and caregiver records (HIPAA compliant)

• Support onboarding and documentation for new caregivers

• Organize and manage digital and paper files

• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and office coordination

• Order and manage office supplies as needed

• Provide general administrative support to the management team

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

 

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous administrative or office experience (healthcare or home care background a plus)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Reliable, friendly, and compassionate attitude

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
