About the Role

As our Human Resources Specialist, you’ll help shape a supportive and professional work
environment for our growing team. You’ll handle recruiting, onboarding, and employee
relations — ensuring our staff feels valued and our policies remain compliant and fair.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruiting, hiring, and new employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with HR laws.
• Support benefits, training, and employee development programs.
• Assist in shaping company culture and HR policies.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
• 2+ years of HR experience (healthcare experience a plus).
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
